Overview

We built an administrative tool for car dealerships to streamline lead generation, inventory, and supplier management by integrating directly with Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Agency).

Trafikverket Lookup

Dealerships can input a customer's name and registration number. The tool retrieves technical vehicle details from Trafikverket such as:

• Make & model
• Year, mileage
• Engine size, fuel type
• VIN and more

These details are stored automatically in a Leads Table.

Leads Table

The leads table serves as a centralized place to:

• Capture customer info
• Auto-fill vehicle details
• Add notes or custom fields
• Track inquiry status

Sales reps can easily follow up with leads using this interface, improving conversion rates.

The desktop admin tool includes:

Inventory Management

• View and update car listings
• Add/remove cars, bulk import/export
